Pilotgenizer series electric ultrahigh pressure homogenizer is an equipment operated with
the touch screen and controlled intelligently by program. It can be used for industry pilot
preparation of fat emulsion, liposome, nanosuspension, lipid microsphere, nanoemulsions,
dairy products, infusion solutions, cell disruption, juice homogeneity, fine chemical
engineering, dye and etc. The maximum working pressure is 45000 Psi/3100 Bar. All parts
touching with medium are FDA approved sanitary materials including 316L stainless steel, 17-4ph stainless steel, titanium alloy, tungsten carbide, PTFE, UHMWPE.
Genizer Dual-Light Particle Sizer (GDPS) is a high-performance and general-purpose particle
sizing instrument. With the technique of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), GDPS features highspeed digital correlator and high-performance photomultiplier tube as a core device, which have
the characteristics of fast-speed, high-resolution accurate precision, high detection sensitivity, as
well as the advantages of not destructing structure of original nano-particles or contaminate
testing samples. It can be widely used in pharmaceuticals, emulsions, ceramics, nanoparticles,
abrasives, liposomes, inks, paints, dye, bacteria, food, clay, lubricants, dust, cells, fuels,
photosensitive materials, additives and etc.
